Free Shipping

  • We offer free worldwide shipping for all sex dolls through UPS and FedEx. However, due to import laws, we do not currently ship to the following destinations: Islamic countries, India, Indonesia, Africa, or Brazil.
  • Customers in the USA, UK, and EU do not have to worry about any hidden or additional fees. The displayed price includes all taxes and customs clearance charges, which we handle on your behalf whenever possible. We pre-pay customs taxes and shipping charges for these countries, so you won’t face any extra costs.
  • For certain countries such as CAN, NOR, AUS, SE, SA, and others, we may not be able to cover import charges in advance. Nonetheless, we are prepared to split up to 50% of the duty fees (up to a maximum of $200 USD) with you, and we will handle the coordination with import customs to make the process as easy as possible. The additional cost is typically around $150 in total, and we can give you an estimate of the expense prior to your purchase in most instances.

Production Time

Shipping Time

Track Your Package

To assist with customs clearance, we have arranged for a chartered plane to transport your package to the United States. Please note that tracking information will not be updated until after the package clears customs. The estimated delivery time is 5-8 working days from arrival in your country. We appreciate your patience.

Once customs clearance is completed, we will entrust FedEx, UPS or other carriers to deliver your package to you. We advise you to closely monitor your package’s tracking information to ensure its safe delivery.

Customs Duties and Taxes

  • If you’re having your doll shipped to certain countries, you may be required to pay import taxes upon delivery. These taxes typically range from $100 to $150 or more, depending on the doll. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any import taxes and fees. Rest assured, we’re here to provide any assistance you may need during this process. Delivery Change

  • Pick Up at Courier Facility. If you wish to collect your package from a FedEx/UPS store, please let us know the address in advance of shipping. Please call the store to verify that they accept pickups, in case FedEx/UPS delivers the package to an incorrect or refused address.
  • Change Your Shipping Address. Please verify that the shipping address is accurate once you have placed the order. In the event that you need to modify the shipping address after the package has been dispatched, please Contact Us beforehand.
  • Change Delivery Time/Hold On Your Parcel. If you need to change the delivery time, you can contact the courier directly. They will provide you with detailed information about your order’s estimated delivery time.

Inspect Your Package

Upon the package’s arrival, it is essential to inspect each item for any damages. In case the package box appears to be corrupted, kindly take a photo or video to file a claim with the shipping carrier. It is highly recommended to open each unit and examine it, regardless of the condition of the cartons. If any damage is noticed, please take photos or videos. In some cases, we may require your assistance in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if the doll is damaged during shipping.

Shipping Delays

In the process of shipping our packages to our valued customers, international transportation can be affected by various factors, e.g., weather and natural disasters, customs inspections (Europe), local holidays, political situations and regulatory changes, unforeseen circumstances, etc.

Shipping or Package Issues

  • Wrong Doll. If you receive a sex doll that looks significantly different from the factory pictures or website, please provide us with an unboxing video showing the entire body, head, shipping label, and outside package box. We will investigate with our factory and shipping carrier and arrange for a new replacement for you.
  • Damaged Doll. If your package is severely damaged, you should file a claim with the shipping carrier upon receipt. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you. For minor damage, we will offer a repair kit.
  • Missing Package. If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact FedEx/UPS immediately and file a claim. Please note that for most packages, we provide adult signature service (exceptions may apply) to ensure the safe delivery of your package.

Discreet Packaging
